Stepping Stones is a fellowship of churches – all committed to church planting. New church plants in the fellowship set goals for reproducing. From the beginning – even when they are receiving financial support themselves from Stepping Stones – they funnel mission dollars back through Stepping Stones to other new churches. Because of their commitment to church planting, they continue this support even once they have reached maturity and are ready to plant a church themselves.

Established churches who understand church planting is the best way to reach our world for Christ, also join the fellowship and send monthly missions gifts. One hundred percent of mission monies received from churches goes directly to new church plants.

Stepping Stones operates efficiently under a lean budget. Since 100 percent of the mission monies are funneled directly to new church plants, monthly mission support is needed from individuals to cover administrative costs of running the ministry. Being a 501(c)(3) organization, all gifts are tax deductible. All personnel working in the Stepping Stones office are required to raise their own support.
